Get to know Bärbel Thürer
My name is Bärbel Thürer, I was born in 1959 and am a passionate creative person. I have been painting and drawing for as long as I can remember and in my courses I would like to pass on my accumulated knowledge to people who want to learn something new with open senses or expand their existing skills.
I prefer to paint, draw and print on paper and canvas, but I am also familiar with working with the Grafic tablet. I like to use the endless possibilities that the various media offer and mix them.
The courses take place in Freiburg-Herdern, one of the greenest districts of Freiburg. I run courses with a maximum of 8 people, which enables very intensive support in the process of creating the work of art. There is enough space for every course participant to work.
As a rule, no previous knowledge is required; it is primarily about the joy of working creatively.
