About me
I've always been a creative mind, had lots of ideas and enjoyed the beautiful and maybe even something unconventional.
However, my path led me from classical school education to university and studying medicine to a life as a mom and doctor. For many years I have accompanied people in clinics — in just about every phase of life you can imagine.
In the sometimes challenging moments of everyday life, I experienced creative work as an anchor for myself. It gives me strength, peace and energy.
After all, I had a growing desire to deal with art more professionally, so that I began a part-time craft training as a mosaic artist at the mosaic building school in Dortmund.
For me, it is a magical moment every time I stand in front of a finished mosaic and calmly look at every facet of it.

Location
Atelier FREIRAUM is a wonderful, inspiring place on the outskirts of the city. Here you can find all possible materials and tools to make individual glass or mosaic works. The room can accommodate up to 16 adults.
Classes and events
In addition to classic multi-day mosaic courses, I offer the opportunity to experience group events in the sense of company parties, JGA's family reunions and (children's) birthdays here and get creative together. You can either design individual works or create a mosaic together as a group.
