Very cozy evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The rum tasting offers many facets of ALDER rum, which are certainly often not even known yet. The rum is very tasty and of good quality. Harry, who accompanies the evening, tells how much passion and passion the rum is made by hand.

An unforgettable evening!!! Harry wonderfully guided our small group through the rum tasting. There were lots of interesting stories and information about rum making, but of course also super delicious cocktails, such as rum tonic.
This rum tasting is suitable for everyone, even if you have no idea about rum.
I really enjoyed this evening and can only recommend the rum tasting.

Harry presented and prepared the tasting very well. We were a group of 5 people.
We would be included in the tasting Because of his questions, the tasting would not become monologues but a dialogue.
The rum was just great and the food was delicious.
The location/rum distillery is small but nice and would be shown exactly where what is being done.
I/we would recommend the tasting to others.
It was a very friendly atmosphere we would like to thank you for the great evening

Get to know ALDER HAMBURG
The Hamburg Alder Native.
In the Bramfelder Bio Distillery, ALDER RUM, the Hamburger Rum, is lovingly handcrafted by us.
The stainless steel still in our distillery only holds 100 liters. We deliberately distill very slowly and in small batches to give the aromas the opportunity to develop.
You've come to the right place if you prefer to enjoy a good drink together with friends, and if you'd rather skip Rum Cola and have preferred a GIN & Tonic so far. You'll find that there is so much more to the most diverse spirit in the world than complicated cocktails with umbrellas and 100 ingredients.
