How does this experience take place?

The seminar takes place in my private rooms or in my garden in Bad Kreuznach when the weather is nice. For group bookings, I can also come to you on request.
You'll taste eight very different wines, starting with a traditional sparkling wine.
The focus is on white wines such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. There are also less well-known grape varieties and an exceptional red wine.
Usually, the focus is on dry wines. For group bookings, we can set other priorities by arrangement.
You'll learn details about the region, climate, soils, winemaking, wine laws and labels.
You learn to recognize aromas in wine and to assign them to grape varieties and aging.
Finally, you will taste the samples again and exchange ideas with the group. I am happy to give shopping recommendations that suit your taste.
