About this experience
Yoga & wine* — welcome to Hamburg's most relaxed JGA!
Celebrate Bride-to-Be the way it deserves — without belly shops, schnapps and bells and whistles. Instead, aware, grounded, and connected. The perfect time for girlfriends: You can laugh, celebrate and empty a glass or two.
We incorporate drinking into asana postures in a funny way and move on to “Marry Me” songs together. The course framework gives enough time to arrive, get to know the group and share. No previous yoga experience required
* (Choice of drinks: wine, Aperol or non-alcoholic alternatives by arrangement.)
How does this experience take place?
Simply book your preferred day. The exact time can be arranged individually after booking.
Each group is individual, so it is very important for me to discuss your wishes (such as drinks, intensity, theme or decoration) in advance.
After you arrive at the studio, it is time to change clothes, a quick arrival and toast together.
In the approximately 60-minute yoga session, we flow through various challenging and relaxing postures, rounded off with a short meditation and Shavasana. The focus is on warrior attitudes and back-strengthening elements, so that you neither fall asleep nor are completely exhausted after the lesson.
In between, a few snapshots are taken for the memory album.
This is followed by guided sharing, a few nice words for the bride and informal get-togethers. This part strengthens the cohesion of the group and promotes a sense of togetherness for the rest of the day.
Who is it suitable for
The course is suitable for beginners to advanced students, as various variants and options are offered according to the group.
It is best to come sober and not immediately after a large meal, as this can be unpleasant in postures such as twists or the dog looking down.
Pregnant women are welcome to participate, but only after prior medical consultation and with appropriate yoga experience, especially in the first trimester.
Participation is at your own risk. Conscious use of alcohol is required.
This course is not suitable for acute or chronic musculoskeletal problems (e.g. back, knees or shoulders), cardiovascular diseases and very low or very high blood pressure. Please inform me of any health restrictions or injuries before the course starts so that your well-being can be taken into account in the best possible way.
