What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome drink and presentation
You arrive in peace and quiet and start with a small drink. - Introduction to manual assembly
You will learn the basic techniques without a turntable and see a demonstration for cups and decorative plates. - Create your own pieces
You create 1—3 objects with my support. - A short break in between
you enjoy drinks, tea and snacks. - Decorate
If you wish, you can apply embossing, structures or engobe colors. - Firing process and glaze colors
You will learn more about drying, scrubbing, glazing and glaze firing at 1,200 degrees. Then choose from 9 glaze colors. Pick-up takes about 6 weeks.
