About this class
Would you like to let off steam creatively or learn something new? Then this three-hour terrazzo workshop is perfect for you. You'll learn the basics and techniques of casting with Jesmonite and end up taking home your own piece of jewelry.
During the workshop, you'll design your own custom color palette and learn how to mix Jesmonite and add pigments, how to pour into a silicone mold, and finally how to grind and finish it.
The material we will be working with is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly composite material. We will also use some water-based pigments and wax for finishing.
Our works of art take a short time to harden, so there will be a few short breaks in between to provide refreshments and snacks.
