Staying in nature reduces our sense of stress, lowers blood pressure, improves our concentration and lifts our mood. Experiences of nature make us more social, tolerant and increase frustration tolerance. According to studies, even a small dose of nature lowers the level of the stress hormone cortisol. How does this activity work?

  • Meeting point and start: 11:00 in front of Mooshütte B65, 31542 Bad Nenndorf
  • Length of tour: 10.5 km, no special skill required However, you should have some basic fitness.
  • Self-catering: Please make sure you have enough drinks/food for the day. You should be able to carry the weight of your backpack well. Both at the Mooshütte and at the Teufelsbrücke, there are toilets and the opportunity to buy something to drink/eat.
  • Duration of Waldbaden Retreat: From 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
