A day just for you — mindful, creative and connecting. During the “Meditation & Goldsmithing” day retreat in Berlin, you will immerse yourself in a special combination of silence and craftsmanship. In a professional goldsmith studio, you start with guided meditation, body awareness and breathwork to connect with your inner self.
With this mindfulness, you create your very own piece of silver jewelry — a ring, a pendant or another symbolic object that represents your current phase of life. The day is ideal for anyone who is looking for a conscious creative process, wants to meet themselves and create something lasting.
Guided meditations and mindful breaks will guide you through the retreat. You don't need any previous knowledge, just openness to yourself and the joy of doing things with your hands. As an MBSR teacher and goldsmith, I will accompany you with sensitivity — both inside and out.
