About this Tour
What is included when surfing on the Rhine?
During our sessions, an experienced surf trainer and a trained captain are always on board with you. We have all the equipment you need for surfing on the Rhine on site:
- a warm wetsuit,
- a dry poncho,
- the right life jacket,
- the right surfboard,
This means that you are perfectly equipped, regardless of the weather.
Who can take part in the surfing event?
Whether you're a total water sports newbie or experienced surfers — our wave in Rodenkirchen can be set exactly the way it's right for you at the push of a button. This means that even total beginners will find the perfect wave with us!
Where can you surf on the Rhine?
Cologne's official water skiing route is located south of the Rodenkirchen Bridge. Here, the Rhine is calm and flows gently on both sides. On this route, directly opposite the beaches of the Cologne Riviera, we surf on our Rhine wave. In this area, the otherwise rather wild river is quiet and offers the opportunity to ride its waves safely.
