What can you expect at our spirits tasting?
At the beginning of each tasting session, the distillery is visited and the distilling process is briefly explained, when all questions have been answered, it is off to the tasting room, where the tasting glasses, water, spit bowl and stationery are ready for each participant.
Our standard tasting includes 5 samples per participant, 3 to 5 products are presented per “round” (tasting), each participant can then decide for themselves which product they want to taste.
During the third “round” I present whiskey, rum and brandy. We then taste them directly in the vaulted cellar, where our wooden barrels are!
In between, various short films about various production steps are watched.
