About this class
The course is ideal for spending a few unforgettable hours together with one or more favorite people and creating a wonderful piece of jewelry at the same time.
What is the process?
This course is divided into 2 parts. In the first part, you sculpt your piece of jewelry in wax. Anything is possible. Rings, necklaces, earrings, etc. Design the template according to your wishes and creativity. The wax model is then cast in silver. The 2nd course date will be arranged on site.
In the second part (4 weeks after modelling), the casting is cleaned, eyelets may be soldered and gemstones are set. The interface is then designed. In the end, you have a piece of jewelry that is as individual and unique as you are.
The course lasts 3 hours each day (6 hours in total). Material is calculated individually after the course.
What you’ll do in the class
In the first half of the course, we will discuss what the ring should look like. The material is selected and directed. At the end of the first day of the course, the stated goal is for the ring to be completely bent and soldered together. In the second half, any settings are soldered on, if necessary, precious stones are set and the ring is cleaned.
Who is the class suitable for?
For anyone who wants to experience how a piece of jewelry is made and/or for spending time with loved ones. There is no age limit, but an age of at least 15 years would be desirable.
