You'll learn everything about coffee beans — from origin, preparation and roasting to quality differences and targeted selection. In addition, you will train all common coffee drinks, including recipes and perfect preparation techniques. Another focus is on professional cleaning and maintenance of the machine, strict hygiene standards and sustainable concepts for the catering industry. What you’ll do in the class
The course is structured as intensive, practice-oriented training over six hours and combines well-founded theory with direct application.
At the beginning, you will receive a compact overview of coffee — from origin, cultivation and processing to roasting and quality differences. This is followed by the practical part: Here you will learn how to professionally prepare various coffee drinks step by step and implement them directly on the machine.
In the further course, the focus is on refining technology and taste — including recipes, extraction and individual coordination. In addition, we cover important topics such as hygiene, sustainable working methods and professional cleaning and care of the machine.
Small groups create a personal learning atmosphere with plenty of space for questions, individual feedback and targeted practice.
