Experience the journey from cocoa beans to finished chocolate with book author Jürgen Bluhm. Selected bean-to-bar chocolates accompany the matching sparkling wines and wines, which chocoholic and oenologist Barbara Roth will present to you.

A virtual journey takes you to the tropical rainforests of America to a raw material for one of the most popular foods — the home of cocoa trees. Chocolate expert and author Jürgen Bluhm and Wilhelmshof winemaker Barbara Roth show how chocolates, sparkling wine and wines are tasted with all senses and introduce you to the world of aromas.

All wines and sparkling wines are German products and contain sulfites.
