About this class
Experience a virtual hike through the idyllic vineyards around Siebeldingen and through our historic family winery. Experience the wine year from pruning to aging the wines in wooden barrels. In person via Zoom with winemaker Barbara Roth.
What can you expect?
- Winemaker Barbara Roth takes you on a journey of discovery and shows you the work steps in Wilhelmshof.
- Be there for yourself when vines are planted, grapes are harvested by hand, pressed and the wine is bottled.
- Experience working in the vineyard, learn more about grape processing and aging in the wine cellar.
- Deep insight into the complex production of Crémants, sparkling wine after classic bottle fermentation.
- Look forward to a delightful evening, completely relaxed from home and learn more about the history and philosophy of our winery on our interactive online wine hike.

What you’ll do in the class
Sending the tasting box via DHL and the zoom link via email. We will meet via Zoom on the booked date and taste the sparkling wine and wines together. In between, you will get to know the winemaker's work from January to December.
