What you’ll do in the class
- You start with an introduction to ingredients, combinations and the production of organic granola and energy balls.
- In the 3-hour workshop, you will roast an individual baked organic granola and prepare 3-4 different energy balls depending on the number of participants.
- Take away at least 800 g of organic granola, 3x at least 4 energy balls, an OaferZeit apron and printed recipes.
- A variety of drinks are available during the course.
