What you’ll do in the class
- You start with an introduction to ingredients, combinations and the production of organic granola
- In the 3-hour workshop, you will roast an individual organic granola and prepare a chai syrup
- Take away at least 800 g of organic granola and a glass of chai syrup
- You are also welcome to pack your granola in small bags and give it away for Christmas
- Various drinks are available during the course
