Sound gives you the opportunity to center yourself and relax. Here you can model from your heart space. There is no fixed goal and you don't have to achieve anything. Just be and breathe. I am looking forward to you and your process.

What to bring to the class
Please come in washable everyday clothes. An additional apron is not necessary.

What you’ll do in the class
After a short round of introductions, all workshop participants get a lump of clay in their hands with their eyes closed.
In silence, everyone models for themselves for approx. 15 minutes with their eyes closed. Without a goal. It's just a matter of feeling the sound in your hand and following the impulses.
After approx. 15 minutes, the eyes are opened and everyone can see what they have done. Now you can continue to shape the piece you have begun, or even start a new work. In the end, it is decided whether or what you are passionate about. It is primarily about the process, being here.
