About this Tour
On this 1.5-hour herb hike across the grounds and through the idyllic cottage garden of Gut Karlshöhe, you will get to know local wild herbs and medicinal plants in their natural environment. Together, you will discover edible and traditional medicinal plants, discuss their distinctive features as well as possible doppelgangers and risks of confusion.
You will learn how to carefully collect wild herbs and how the plants can be used in the medicine cabinet and in the kitchen. The aim of the hike is to give you more confidence in identifying plants and to show you nature with new eyes.
