About this Tour
On this 3-hour herb hike along “Stiller Weg” at the Ohlsdorf Park Cemetery in Hamburg North, you will get to know local wild herbs and medicinal plants in their natural environment. Together, we discover edible and traditional medicinal plants, discuss their distinctive features as well as possible doppelgangers and risks of confusion.
You will learn how to carefully collect wild herbs and how the plants can be used in the medicine cabinet and in the kitchen. The aim of the hike is to gain more confidence in identifying plants and to perceive nature with new eyes.
