About this class

In this Kintsugi workshop in Oldenburg, you will learn the traditional Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold. In doing so, you create something completely new and unique from broken points. You don't need any previous knowledge — we'll show you the technology step by step. At the same time, you'll discover the philosophy behind Kintsugi, that of seeing beauty in the imperfect. In a relaxed studio atmosphere, you work creatively and take home your own work of art at the end.
