About this class
In this pottery course, you will create small, individual objects using the hand-assembly technique — from lemon squeezers to slanted individual pieces. Without pressure and without previous knowledge, the focus here is on free trial and error. The focus is on trying things out creatively without pressure to perfect. You'll learn the basics and develop your own ideas.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome and brief introduction to materials and manual construction techniques
- Presentation of tools and basics of pottery
- Development of own ideas and creative concepts
- Design 2-3 small objects independently
- Personalized support and tips throughout the process
- Completion and preparation of works for the firing process
- Optional: Book a glaze appointment for the final design

In the mood for small, weird objects such as lemon squeezers or things that just happen? In approx. 2 hours, 2-3 pieces are made by hand. No pressure to perfect, but lots of trial and error. Glaze date optional. Put on clothing that absorbs sound.
