What is the process?

The 2-hour calligraphy workshop in Freiburg will teach you all the necessary skills to create a beautiful calligraphy.

  • First, you'll get an introduction to the world of calligraphy
  • You will then become active yourself and create your first own work
  • With a special method, you will learn about the balance between body and mind as well as increased mindfulness in dealing with breathing and body balance.
  • This will teach you how to concentrate on your own Qi flow and then put it on paper with brush and ink.

No previous knowledge is required; anyone from beginners to advanced levels can discover and learn the sources of Japanese calligraphy.
