About this class
In this course, you can expect a sensual search for traces of a different kind. (He) taste the difference between different types of coffee and what makes the respective coffee so special. This course isn't just for theorists. In this course, there is a hand on and everyone can or should learn the art of using the machine and the barista. You will then be able to prepare the natural stimulant like a pro.
In this course, you will learn the basics of coffee, from beans to milk froth.

- Basic knowledge of coffee cultivation
- Insight into the coffee sector (difference between industry and manufacture)
- An insight into roasting in our coffee workshop, the most modern and largest coffee factory in the state of Salzburg
- Detailed knowledge of coffee technology (operation & settings)
- Training in creating coffee standards, including milk foams
- There is a certificate for every participant
