What you’ll do in the class
The virtual Indian cooking course works as follows:
- Booking and Preparation: Once you book the event, you’ll receive a PDF of ingredients to prepare in advance. This includes a list of spices and other items needed for the Butter Masala dish, along with any customizations for vegan or allergen-friendly options.
- Live Virtual Workshop: On the day of the event, participants join a live video session. A professional chef leads the group, guiding you through each step of the cooking process in real time. You'll learn to cook authentic Indian food from scratch, with step-by-step instructions.
