Form clay by hand and deepen techniques
This course is about ceramic work without a turntable. You will learn construction and modelling techniques and get a deeper insight into form, material and design. The course is suitable for anyone who wants to study ceramics more intensively.
After the course, your works will be dried, glazed and fired. You can pick them up about four weeks later.

- Welcome to the Keramik Oderbruch workshop
- Introduction to clay, tools and construction and modelling techniques
- Getting to know various hand building techniques
- Design your own ceramic pieces with individual support
- Creative work phase with tips on form and design

- After the course, your works will be dried, glazed and fired.
- Pick up the finished ceramic after approx. 4 weeks.
Who is the class suitable for?
The hand building pottery course is suitable for anyone who wants to shape clay by hand and learn various ceramic techniques. No previous experience is required. The course takes place in a small group of two to four people and provides personal support.
