I recommend sleeves that can be rolled up. Otherwise, good humor, curiosity and patience are enough:)

There is only one eligibility requirement: You must be able to write by hand. No special previous experience is required.
Left-handed people are also very welcome. Please write to me in the registration form, as I have to prepare other materials depending on the number of materials.
