Do you want to prove your wits as a team, solve puzzles together and enjoy an unforgettable experience? Here you can find out step by step how your team event works with us — from booking to the final moment together.
1. Book an appointment — easy & flexible
Planning your event is extremely easy:
- Choose your preferred date online on our website or give us a call.
- Choose one of our seven unique escape rooms — depending on group size, level of difficulty and setting.
- Let us know if you would like additional options such as a meeting room or drinks.
Tip: For large groups, we can also offer parallel games in several rooms or a duel mode!
2. Arriving at the escape room — Welcome to the adventure
On the booked date, we will be waiting for you in one of our two centrally located locations in Dortmund.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the game starts so that we can welcome you in a relaxed manner.
- Our friendly team will greet you, answer any last questions and ensure that you are perfectly prepared.
3. Introduction by the game master — exclusively for your group
Each group gets its own game master who will guide you throughout the experience.
- In a short but exciting introduction, you will learn the backstory of your escape room.
- You'll get tips & game rules so you know exactly what to expect.
- We'll explain how to find clues, solve puzzles and work together effectively as a team.
Don't worry — no previous experience is necessary! Team spirit, communication and creativity will get you there.
4. The game starts — 60 minutes of thrills!
Here we go! The door closes and the clock is ticking:
- You have one hour to solve all puzzles and complete the mission.
- Search for hidden clues, combine cleverly and work hand in hand.
- Your personal game master observes you via camera and can give small clues if you wish.
- Whether as a secret agent, treasure hunter or time traveler — you dive into a completely new world and experience a top-class adrenaline rush!
Speed, creativity and, above all, good communication are the keys to success. Can you make it in time?
5. Debriefing, group photo & certificate
Completed or narrowly failed — after the game, we'll celebrate your achievement together:
- Your game master takes time for a brief debriefing: Which puzzles have challenged you the most? Where did you work particularly well as a team?
- We'll take a souvenir photo of your group — perfect for social media or as a reminder of your team event!
- As a crowning finale, you will receive a certificate that seals your adventure.
6. Optional extras: drinks or meeting room for your team
If you want to round off your event, we offer you additional options:
- Cold drinks (soft drinks, beer or water) can be purchased on site.
- Meeting room available: Combine your escape game with a team meeting or strategy session. Perfect for companies that want to use the day productively.
