Who doesn't know that...? It's actually the same every year... At the turn of the year, we set out to do certain things that we want to implement in the new year: Less sweets, regular exercise, weight loss, career or personal change, a new hobby, more time for... And we usually fail to achieve our more or less ambitious goals after just a few weeks. PUT AN END TO THAT!

It's such a thing with good resolutions for a new year... As soon as work stress and everyday life have caught up with us, the good resolutions suddenly seem as distant as the end of the next year. And that is exactly where the crux lies. No one wants to play the role of an extra in their own life. And you don't have to, because there are simple methods to understand your mindset and have a positive influence on your daily actions. Is that what you want? Then this course is for you!

How does this activity work?
We meet great women who want to grow just like you. At the beginning, you will receive a course plan to get in the mood for the content and get the best out of the course for you.
Together, we will work out interactively and with a moderated exchange which goals and projects you want to tackle and implement in the new year.
During the course, you will receive simple and feasible step-by-step instructions to formulate and implement your heart's goals.
Together, we will check how you can ensure that your projects and goals stand up to your everyday life, how you deal with resistance, low levels of motivation & your “bastard” and what you need to “stick with it.”
We take breaks and celebrate our findings and successes together.
