Do you constantly feel stressed, overwhelmed and barely have time for yourself anymore? Then you've come to the right place.
As a certified stress management trainer and systemic coach, I will help you get out of constant stress and bring more ease and joy back into your everyday life.
In coaching, you will learn how to identify internal and external stress triggers step by step and reduce them sustainably. Together, we develop strategies to systematically relieve you and strengthen your resilience in the long term.
Typical coaching topics include:

Coaching is process support. I will help you break old patterns of thinking and behavior and find a healthy balance between demands and relaxation.
The first session serves as an introduction to coaching. Together, we will look at your current situation and develop the first concrete steps to alleviate your workload. Support over several weeks helps you to work on deeper causes and make lasting changes to your life.

What to bring to the class
All you need is a computer with Internet access and a camera. If you want, you can also have a pen and paper ready to take notes during coaching.
What is included in the class?
You will receive individual coaching via Zoom. During several sessions, you will also receive suitable exercises (also as a PDF) to deepen what you have learned and integrate it sustainably into your everyday life.

We meet online via Zoom for a one-hour 1:1 coaching session, in which we look at your current situation together and work out concrete next steps.
