Class description
For many sculptors, the chainsaw is standard and is just as much a part of the equipment as the crayon or the stabbing iron.
Here you will learn how to sculpturally work on lying wood. Working with a chainsaw requires a sense of responsibility, a clear objective and the ability to handle it.
At first, the focus is more on the tools, with patience and practice, you will dive more and more into sculpture and find yourself in sculpting.
Participation in the course is your own responsibility. You agree to bring and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Eligibility requirements:
- Forest helmet with ear and face protection
- Cut protection pants in accordance with DIN EN 381-5 class 1
- Cut resistant gloves DIN EN 20345:2007 class 1
