What you’ll do in the class
The beer seminar is aimed at people interested in beer who want to learn more about the history, production and cultural significance of the traditional drink and, of course, also want to try it. During the seminar, 9 different types of beer will be tasted, accompanied by chocolate, cheese or other appetizers.

In the beer seminar, you will deepen your knowledge of the cult drink of the Germans. The event starts with an introduction to the history of beer and brewing. It vividly explains how beer achieved its cult status and why it achieved such popularity in Germany in particular.
This is followed by a tasting of 9 different beers. Chocolate, cheese or other appetizers are available to go with every beer. In this way, you will also learn something about the successful combination of beer and various dishes.
At the end of the seminar, you will take the German Beer Academy's beer diploma exam and can take your beer diploma with you.
The seminar takes place from 10 to max. 15 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, participants will be informed at least 1 week before the seminar is held and an alternative date will be offered.
