Dive into the fascinating world of coffee and learn everything you need to know about preparing and caring for your favorite beverage.

In our 2.5-hour barista course at the Unbound show roastery in Wattens, you will become a true coffee connoisseur.

How does this activity work?

  • Introduction to the origin of coffee and the types of coffee Arabica vs. Robusta (Canephora)
  • Explanation of the different degrees of roasting and proper storage
  • Answering individual questions about coffee
  • Practical instructions on how to properly prepare coffee on the portafilter, including mill adjustment and latte art
  • Cleaning the portafilter
  • Ability to expand to other preparation methods such as Chemex, V60, AeroPress and espresso maker
  • Espresso tasting
