- Practical instructions for preparing coffee on the portafilter, including mill adjustment and latte art

What you’ll do in the class
- Introduction to the origin of coffee and the types of coffee Arabica vs. Robusta (Canephora)
- Explanation of the different degrees of roasting and proper storage
- Answering individual questions about coffee
- Practical instructions on how to properly prepare coffee on the portafilter, including mill adjustment and latte art
- Cleaning the portafilter
- Ability to expand to other preparation methods such as Chemex, V60, AeroPress and espresso maker
- Espresso tasting
