About this class
Enjoy a creative evening with color and create your own landscape on canvas. At this Drink & Paint workshop in Vienna, you will paint mountain landscapes, the sea, lavender fields, deserts, or forests with acrylic paints, often matching the season.
- Step by step, you will learn:
- how to paint structures for water, rocks, vegetation, and landscapes
- how to create depth, atmosphere, and vivid nature scenes with layered painting
- how to use light, aerial perspective, and harmonious color gradations
- how to bring your chosen motif to life with acrylic paints
You do not need any previous knowledge. As an academic painter, I will show you professional techniques and guide you personally in my art gallery in the heart of Vienna. The course is suitable for beginners and advanced participants because I support everyone individually.

The workshop includes:
- welcome and selection of your favorite image template
- introduction to materials, colors, and painting techniques
- step-by-step guidance with personal support
- high-quality acrylic paints
- canvas of your choice: 30 × 40 cm, 40 × 50 cm, or round
- white or pre-primed canvases with imprimatura
- brushes, painting tools, and other materials
- an easel for each participant
- an apron and writing pads
- reference photos on glossy paper to choose from
- your finished artwork to take home
- a PDF with tips after the workshop

What you’ll do in the class
This is how the course works:
- You choose your favorite subject from high-quality nature photographs.
- If you wish, you can bring your own image template or send it in advance.
- I will guide you step by step from the first sketch to the finished painting.
- I will support you individually with your idea and implementation.

Add more to your class
If you want to permanently protect your painting from UV radiation, dust and dirt, you are welcome to leave it with me after the workshop. I professionally seal it with a high-quality matte or glossy protective lacquer. After a few days, you can pick up your finished work of art again.
