I'm Pamela, 41 years old, and for years I've been living from my greatest passion: teaching yoga — real yoga for real people.
For me, yoga means feeling good, rediscovering your own body in a playful way and finding joy in movement — without any pressure to perform.
I discovered my passion for movement at the age of ten when I started dancing ballet and tap dancing professionally. I've never stopped moving since then. Movement was, is and will always be an essential part of my life. I would like to share this enthusiasm with you.
I teach in German, English and Spanish and am happy to accompany people from different cultures and backgrounds on their yoga journey.
Location
I offer my courses flexibly where they best suit my customers: either directly at your location or in the yoga studio where I regularly teach.
The size of the group depends entirely on the type of event and your individual wishes. Whether it's a private lesson, a small group or a larger event — I'll find the right solution for every format. Feel free to send me an inquiry!
Classes and events
Each of my courses is individually tailored to the needs of the participants. I don't have standard programs, but tailor-made offers that exactly match the wishes and goals of my customers.
I teach all courses and workshops in German, English or Spanish so that every group can feel comfortable in their preferred language.
Giving the gift of movement is a special experience — whether as a gift for a loved one or as a joint activity. Practicing together creates connection, wellbeing and unforgettable moments.
Team events and private events
I offer private events as well as team events for companies. I work with employees directly in their everyday work to balance the many hours spent at the computer. I also design yoga and exercise offers as part of corporate events as an engagement and team building activity.
All my offers are individually “tailor-made”. Together, we develop a concept that is ideally suited to your needs, your group and your goals. This makes every event a unique experience.
