Yannic Hannebohn: Audio Storytelling in Berlin

I'm Yannic, audio storyteller and founder of Pola Berlin. I make stories for the ear, for Deutschlandfunk, ZEIT and my own podcasts. What has made me happy for years is the moment when someone tells their own story out loud for the first time and realizes that it ignites. That is exactly what I pass on in my workshops.

My workshops take place in a small studio in Berlin-Moabit, on the first floor of an old building on Turmstraße. Two bright rooms with herringbone flooring, a red sofa, real microphones and two quiet recording areas. Space for a maximum of eight people to keep things personal.

In “Tell Your Story,” you turn a moment of your life into a short audio story in your own voice, record it on the microphone and edit it on the cell phone. No previous knowledge is required, and no one will listen to you when you record. You go home with your finished piece.

The afternoon is also a private event or a small team event for up to eight people if you want to tell and record your stories together. Also great as a couple or as a gift.
