Uncommon Club organizes creative group experiences in Berlin — from improv theatre and storytelling to movement, voice training, acrobatics, gamified fitness and musical sessions.
Together with experienced artists, coaches and artists, we create special experiences where people can try out new things, get out of their everyday lives and get to know other open people.
Our sessions combine creativity, movement, games, music and encounters in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. For example, participants can try out improv theatre, experiment with voice and movement, laugh together, experience creative exercises or take part in musical group moments.
Many participants come alone and quickly get to know new people during our sessions. It is important to us to create spaces in which you feel comfortable, can discover new things in a playful way and experience special moments together.
Location
Our events take place in carefully selected studios, creative spaces and special locations in Berlin — including dance studios, theatre rooms, creative spaces and inspiring off-locations.

Depending on the format, we work with different rooms that offer space for movement, creative exercises and group experiences. Most sessions take place with 10 to 30 people.
Many locations have open studio spaces, sound systems, seating and workshop equipment and create a warm atmosphere that promotes creativity, exchange and shared experience.
Classes and events
Our experiences are deliberately different from classic workshops or leisure courses. The focus is on experiencing, trying things out together and an open, playful atmosphere.
With us, participants can discover new creative sides, laugh together, get moving with others or experience formats that they might never have tried out otherwise — without any previous knowledge.

Team events and private events
In addition to public experiences, we also offer private group formats and team events for companies.
Our team events are based on the same creative formats as our public sessions — from improv theatre and storytelling to movement, voice training, gamified fitness or musical sessions. At the same time, the experiences are individually tailored to team size, occasion and objectives.
We currently offer over 25 different formats, which can be flexibly combined depending on the team, atmosphere and group dynamics.
Instead of traditional team building formats, we create shared experiences that bring people together in a new way and strengthen communication, trust and new dynamics within the team.
The sessions can take place both at Berlin partner locations and directly at the company and are ideal for offsites, team days, retreats or leadership groups.
