Studio POKÓJ: Creative workshop in Munich
Get to know Studio POKÓJ
In Polish, POKÓJ means two things: room and peace.
Both are in this studio — a room that belongs to you as soon as you open the door. A short break from optimizing, functioning, performing.
Studio POKÓJ is that space. No art course, no evaluation, no right and no wrong. There is paint, material, tea, good music — and me, as someone who shows you how it works and then just lets you do it. Because the best ideas don't come when you think hard. They are created when you start.
You're going home with something you've made yourself. And with that little, quiet pride that comes with it.
The atmosphere in Studio POKÓJ is cozy, calm, a bit like someone's home — just with more color and more materials. You end up getting to know each other a few hours later. You talk, laugh together at your first attempts, admire each other's progress. It's less course and more: a lovely evening with nice people and something in their hands.
The offer is colorful and becoming ever more colorful: linoleum printing, illustration, shibori dyeing, cyanotypes, beading workshops, crocheting — and always new things. Some things are added seasonally, some things stay. But no matter what you're most comfortable with — fabric, paper, paint, or thread — there's something waiting for you.
