Hi, I'm Nadine. 

 

Big city kid

I am in my mid-30s and live in Berlin. I was born here and am a big city child through and through. At the same time, I treat myself to breaks in nature as often as possible and enjoy them very much. I am the mother of a 2-year-old and am slowly getting into this role after it has shaken up my life quite a bit.

 

Love for cooking

I discovered and cultivated my love for cooking at a very young age. In my mid-20s, after plenty of summer barbecues, I decided that I would like to refrain from eating meat for an indefinite period of time. The time hasn't ended yet, and I've expanded it and eat mostly without animal products.

challenges

Living in the big city of Berlin is very pleasant and yet you are constantly confronted with myths and critical questions about an exclusively plant-based diet. Especially if you also pass this on to your own children. In order to be well positioned with knowledge, I have started continuing education in nutritional counseling, with a focus on a plant-based diet.
In this way, I can provide support with personal experience and evidence-based knowledge, which I attach great importance to.

Professional career

During my professional career, I have always enjoyed working together on goals and particularly enjoyed designing and conducting workshops that have brought us closer to these goals. I have led teams and departments and have always placed great emphasis on equal communication and empathy. Working together is only fruitful for me with respect for one another and appreciation.

Dietary advice

All of this has meant that I want to help people find their way to a healthy diet with my nutritional knowledge, my passion for good food and practical experience. To a diet that is fun, that is easy to integrate into your own family or work routine and that makes you feel absolutely comfortable. Because no one else has the right to decide on their own diet, but no one else is responsible either.
