simply out tours stands for real experiences in the Ruhr region. Behind our tours are trained guides and teamers, whom we affectionately call our “Ruhrpottperlen”. Many of us may not have our roots here — but we've all fallen in love with this region. Into their history, their people and their particular mix of industrial culture, nature and change.

Our mission is to make the Ruhr region come alive — authentically, personally and close to people. We not only focus on sights, but also on the stories behind them and, above all, on the people who experience them. That's why we don't just create city tours, but small and big experiences that connect: with the region, with other people and sometimes a bit with yourself.

As specialists for activities in the Ruhr region, we develop sustainable and individual formats for a wide range of groups. Thanks to our strong network of partnerships, we are able to respond flexibly to almost all wishes — from active outdoor experiences to special industrial culture formats.

Location — Where our events take place
The Ruhr region itself is our stage. Our tours and events take place in exceptional locations: on former industrial sites, along green cycle routes, in urban districts or in the midst of impressive industrial monuments.

We are not tied to a fixed venue and can therefore work very flexibly. Whether it's small groups of around six people or large events with up to 300 participants — we'll find the right location in the entire Ruhr area. Alternatively, we also bring our programs directly to our customers and organize events on our own company premises.

From small groups to large companies with several hundred participants, we organize programs throughout the Ruhr region or directly on site at the customer's premises.
