About me
I am Sabine and my journey with healing sounds began during a yin yoga class — my first experience with (crystal) singing bowls touched me deeply. The relaxation I felt and the improvement in my sleep made me curious. After several Soundbath experiences, I wanted to know more: What are crystal singing bowls? How do they affect body, mind and soul?

That's how my journey began — with the purchase of my first own crystal singing bowl and finally training in SoundMedicin. Today I am happy to share the sound and its beneficial effects and take you on a journey of relaxation, self-care and inner harmony.
