Years ago I happened to attend a Pilates class and in contrast to my other sports lessons, which kept me fit, I felt particularly comfortable and energetic after Pilates. Among other things, the great thing was that I felt pleasantly relaxed not only physically but also mentally after training. This was new to me, extremely valuable and I fell in love with Pilates.
After a few Pilates classes, my enthusiasm grew and I decided to train as a Pilates trainer myself. After a year at the “Pilates Academy Munich”, I passed my exam at the end of 2014 and immediately started as a trainer in sports clubs, prevention courses, gyms and with two of my own courses.
Cheerfully and thanks to the steady growth of my customers, I have now been able to turn my passion for Pilates into my career and transfer it to many loyal participants.
Everyone should practice Pilates regularly as health training and so I would like to guide you to well-being, energy, good mood and many other positive feelings with my uncomplicated and varied online Pilates training via Zoom.
From the comfort of your own home, you strengthen your muscles, regenerate your back, shoulders, joints and bones from the often one-sided weekly routine and stay young, fit and flexible. In addition, “aches” can disappear, you keep or get a strong pelvic floor and loosen sticky fascia. Thanks to my harmoniously flowing Pilates training and adjusted breathing, you will also experience valuable mental relaxation and fresh energy at the end of the lesson.
During my online Pilates lesson, I explain each exercise in detail so that after a few hours you don't even have to look at the screen. Every week I use a different one of 9 different training devices, you only need to buy them once or you can improvise without equipment. Every 4th or 5th time we train without equipment. We practice a new training program every week and it is always varied.
The lesson starts with a warm-up, then we move on to Pilates exercises to mobilize, strengthen and stretch the whole body, at the end we relax, relax and feel wonderful 🤸♀️.
The group dynamic is also transferred to all of us online and allows us to pilate together in a cheerful and motivated way. If you prefer to participate in secret, that is of course also possible.
