After completing my studies in sustainable product design at ecosign in Cologne, I completed a three-year apprenticeship as a ceramist at the state technical school for ceramics in Landshut. There I learned a wide variety of ceramic craft techniques (including turning, casting and assembly). For me, casting technology is the ideal combination of design and craftsmanship, which is why I focused on this even during my training.

Although I always had a lot of fun at work, I longed to become self-employed. As a result of a happy coincidence, I finally had the opportunity to pursue my dream. In a studio with a unique atmosphere, I can now let off steam creatively and, thanks to my diverse experience, offer various ceramic courses.
