Hi, I am Maike, 30 years old, introvert, an absolute dog person and wholeheartedly the head behind the creative painting workshop.
Even as a design assistant, my fascination for colors, shapes and handmade art has never let go of me. My mission with the Kreativwerkstatt is very simple: I want to take the pressure out of creativity. We all grew up thinking that you need “talent” or that you have to be able to paint well to be creative, but that's not true. My workshop isn't about perfection or museum images, but about switching off your head after a stressful day, leaving everyday life behind and having a really good time together. Here you can simply be yourself and wave the brush, regardless of whether you've been painting for years or holding one in your hand for the first time.

The Kreativwerkstatt Malzeit is located in 50374 Erftstadt-Dirmerzheim and is a place to relax, arrive and relax.
Atmosphere & equipment: The workshop is bright, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. There is everything a creative heart desires — from high-quality brushes, paints and canvases to a wide variety of craft and upcycling materials, everything is always completely prepared for you. You don't have to worry about anything, you can sit right in the covered area and get started.
Capacity: The spaces are deliberately kept manageable and intimate to guarantee a relaxed, personal atmosphere without mass processing. Whether for smaller groups or cozy workshop sessions, this creates a protected space for genuine exchange and creativity.

My courses and workshops focus on people and the fun of doing things, not the final result.
No pressure to perform: There are no grades and no “right or wrong” here. A painted picture is not a mistake, but a unique piece.
Relaxed me-time: Whether during weekly appointments (Thursdays from 18:00 to 19:30) or at special creative workshops: You consciously take time for yourself, turn off your head and dive into your own creative flow.
All-inclusive package: All materials are included in the price. You just drop by, pick up a brush and enjoy your creative break in good company.
