frauschultz: Creative workshops in Munich

I am Alexandra Schultz, artist, art therapist and systemic consultant. I offer special creative workshops in my studio. I love bringing people together and creating space for their own ideas, sensory experiences and new discoveries. For a break from working and having to and more joy, liveliness and abundance.

My studio in Munich-Schwabing is a personal, lovingly designed place full of colors, fabrics and unusual materials. In small groups of four to six people, it offers space to experiment, create and meet.

In my workshops, I create pictures, collages or unusual works of art from everyday objects. Without fixed guidelines and pressure to perform, participants can experiment, develop their own ideas and be surprised. No previous artistic experience is required. The focus is on the joy of designing, inspiration and the courage to express yourself.

I develop individual artistic experiences for companies, teams and private groups. Away from their usual roles, participants discover other sides of each other, combine their ideas and create something of their own together. For surprising encounters, new ideas and a shared experience that will be remembered. Also possible in external rooms.
