Face Work Berlin book classes

The Face Work Classes take place at Eleven Studio Beauty in Berlin Charlottenburg — a stylish community space dedicated to beauty, self-care and wellbeing. The location is modern, feminine and decorated with lots of pink: girly, vibey and just the right place for 60 minutes of me-time.

In the spacious course room, we train together at a long table in a small, personal group of a maximum of 8 participants. This leaves enough space to respond to each participant and perform the exercises correctly together.

The 60-minute Face Work Class is all about your face — and the structures that influence it: We activate facial muscles and lymphatic flow, work with fascia, release tension in the jaw, neck and chest area and combine face workout with targeted self-massage.

We start the class with a brief activation of the body, because for Face Work, a fresh face doesn't just start in the face. We then work our way up step by step — with the aim of relieving tension, stimulating blood circulation and giving you that very special face work glow after 60 minutes.

All necessary care products are included during the class.

For your class: It's best to wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the throat, neck and upper chest area. Ideally, you come without foundation so that we can start the facial massage and exercises right away.
