Everything was great until the booking was made; even the first follow-up afterwards. Afterwards, no more answers to e-mail inquiries, no more calls back, 0% available by phone. For this reason, booking via confetti will no longer be an option for us in the future. Fortunately, the tour guide was available by telephone and arrangements could then be made along the way.
