Learn to make Chinese dumplings

With a passion for sharing traditional food culture, I want to invite you to an authentic Hong Kong home food experience. You will roll up your sleeves and learn how to make your own Chinese dumplings: from crafting the perfect dough and folding the filling, to creating those satisfying dumpling pleats you’ll be proud to serve. I will prepare dishes that I can find fresh from Berlin supermarkets, so the food dishes (appetizer, main and dessert) may vary depends on the produce I can get.
