Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. Vegan. I thought it was cool, because most courses only take place on weekends. The owner knew exactly what she was doing and then it started right away. I can imagine that it was a bit quick for some, but there were lots of dishes, sauces and salads for the short period of time. The prescriptions will then also be delivered by email.
I would love a purely Asian or Mexican course, because vegan cuisine is incredibly diverse!
