Who we are
Hi, we're Michelle and Katrin from Candle Crew Events.
Two women, two locations (Hamburg & Lake Constance), a common weakness: candles. And anything that smells a bit like magic.
At the beginning of 2026, we founded Candle Crew Events.
Our mission is to bring people back together offline. Not at the next meeting, not in a group chat. But at a table, with warm wax, scents and conversations that just happen.
Our motto: Lights on. Cell phone off.
Our location
Our public theme workshops take place in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel. Right in the city and super centrally located. The location is creative and has exactly the atmosphere in which you like to sit down. It can accommodate up to 16 people.
We bring everything you need: wax, wicks, glasses, a wide range of scented oils and decoration. You just drop by and get going.
And because we are mobile, we also come to you. To the office, to your home, to the holiday home. We just need tables, chairs, and power outlets.
Our courses & events
With us, you don't just pour a candle. You create your own scent: you mix, smell, create. In the end, you take home two scented candles that only exist once.
Our theme workshops each have their own world. Sometimes romantic in Regency style, sometimes magical, sometimes scary for Halloween, sometimes with K-pop or as an afterwork with drinks. Each evening has its own playlist, its own scents and its own atmosphere.
You don't need any previous experience. Neither does creative talent, by the way. We'll show you everything step by step.
Team events & private events
Whether it's a team offsite, Christmas party, JGA or birthday: We are happy to come to you or organize your private workshop in our location.
What makes our events special for groups is what we call the raclette effect. Everyone is sitting at the same table and is busy with their hands. The conversations arise completely by themselves. No forced team building, no embarrassing introductory games. Just a good time together.
For larger events of 20 people or more, there is our Candle Corner: an open creative station where your guests can pass by at ease.
